You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate and up to date. Arion PH shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

Arion PH shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
All financial transactions on the Arion PH platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits:
Arion PH currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. Arion PH does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on Arion PH is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Arion PH reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk management policies.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Arion PH account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to process depending on your bank's processing schedule. Arion PH does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Arion PH reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
Withdrawals from your Arion PH account are subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Arion PH will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal destination account must match the name on your Arion PH account exactly.
Arion PH targets a withdrawal processing time of under one hour for GCash and PayMaya for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Arion PH reserves the right to deduct any outstanding bonus amounts from a withdrawal request where wagering requirements have not been met.

Arion PH operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and Arion PH, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their official complaint channels.
